Postcard Art Show

Wish You Were Here Art Show by Frame Co. 3/22/2025

I remembered an amazing public art piece by Ronald Rael and Virginia San Fratello named Teeter-Tooter Wall. Pink seesaws were placed in the border wall for children from both countries to connect and feel united. I wanted my postcard to be playfully and fun, but most importantly to remember this historical art event that happened in our border community. That is what inspired my postcard “Border Buddies”. My second card was based on my window mural I did live painting at Abara House. The third post card was based on the beloved game Loteria nopel card with a El Paso twist. It was a fun show and I loved doing it with my wife.
